It started with a particular walk — the one where you look down and the path is covered in leaves that are still warm with colour, still perfect, still everything that autumn promises before it finally lets go. Red and rust and yellow and the particular deep green that leaves turn just before they change entirely. That specific collection of colours that only exists for a few weeks and makes everyone who sees it stop walking and just look. We kept looking until we understood how to hold it still. Then we painted it on glass.
Every set of Falling Leaves is handcrafted on the shearest, most translucent base — not white, not nude, but the milky clarity of frosted glass that lets the colour beneath it breathe through. Across this surface, autumn leaves are painted entirely by hand — each one a different species, a different turning, a different stage of the season. Red leaves with their veins showing. Yellow leaves mid-curl. Rust and amber leaves overlapping the way they do on a real path. No two nails carry the same arrangement. No two leaves fall the same way. Because they never do.
This set captures the feeling of autumn with such accuracy that wearing it in any other season feels like carrying a memory. A good one. The kind you return to whenever you need to remember that the most beautiful things were always temporary — which is exactly what made them worth stopping for.
