You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, please write to us at glossora.store@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95127 20707 with your Order ID, and our team will confirm the cancellation.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Exchange or Refund Policy instead.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. For COD orders, no amount is charged at the time of cancellation before dispatch, so no refund is applicable.
Please note that COD orders refused at the doorstep without a prior cancellation request may be noted on our system. Repeated instances of this may affect your ability to place future COD orders with us.
