RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Glossora, we prioritize hygiene and product safety. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any of our products once delivered. All purchases are considered final.
However, if you have received an incorrect or damaged order, please reach out to us immediately at support@glossora.store within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order ID and photos of the received items. We will assess the concern and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
You may cancel or suspend your services or account access at any time. Likewise, Glossora reserves the right to terminate your membership/account in accordance with our Terms of Use. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, including for lack of usage, dissatisfaction, or non-compliance with our terms.
UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
If you notice a charge on your credit/debit card for purchases made on our Website, but you did not create an account or place the order, we recommend first checking with family members, friends, or colleagues who may have access to your card and authorization to make purchases.
If you are still unable to identify the transaction, please contact us at support@glossora.store within 30 days of the transaction date. We will begin an internal investigation at our sole discretion.
